I contacted 10+ countertop suppliers in NH, and was surprised how many didn't even respond. Even the ones that did, clearly did not have much interest in helping answer my questions, despite the large investment into purchasing countertop. Then I met Rachel at the Pembrooke showroom - who kindly explained the whole process and brought much needed clarity to what affects the price (number of slabs) and answered every detailed question I had. My project coordinator Katie, was on top of it every step of the way. She took the same care answering questions and explaining everything. Even my template person, and install team just blew me away with how thorough and professional they were. Truly outstanding experience with every person I met at Rumford Stone. You'd think with service and top notch team members, they'd charge a significant premium - however I had other suppliers in NH quote literally more than double what I paid here. I ended up with the most perfect Taj Mahal quartzite and can't thank the team at Rumford enough.
